85% of total price will be charged at the beginning of rental agreement by cash, credit card, or debit card (please note that you will need to present a credit card as an insurance for the liability). No added or extra fee is for young drivers. (20-25 years old)
100 Euro Cancelation fee is charged upon canceling reservation.

On rare occasions your chosen vehicle/camper might not be available. You will be notified within 48 hours from when you booked if that happens.
Renter must be 20 years of age to rent a camper. A full driver's license must have been held for at least 12 months and must be presented at the start of the rental.
All rentals are subject to the full rental agreement terms and conditions at the time of rental. A credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons, even if the rental has been paid for in advance. The credit card imprint may be used to pay all extra charges including extra insurance, parking fines, damages or any cost due to the rented car as a result of the renter's use of the vehicle.
Our 4x4 campers are allowed on F-roads in Iceland. Motor Homes are NOT allowed on the F-roads. Please contact us for further information.
Crossing rivers in Iceland requires experience that most travelers do not have. It is therefore not allowed by rental vehicles in Iceland. Some rivers such as Krossá in Þórsmörk (thorsmork) are particularly dangerous.
For customers arriving or departing at Keflavik International Airport, some of our providers (not all) offer pick-up and drop-off service at a normal additional charge. For customers in the Reykjavik areas staying at hotels or other accommodation we also offer pick up and drop off services from 9 am - 6 pm. Some providers offer free Fly Bus to Reykjavík and do a shuttle pick up at the bus terminal for free.

Please note: Not all providers offer 24/7 delivery at the international airport in Keflavik. If you need pickup outside normal office hours we will transfer you to a provider that offers longer delivery hours.
Road conditions in Iceland vary substantially. Travelers can have information on driving conditions at Icelandic Road Administration. In Iceland it is mandatory for young children to travel in safety seats while in a vehicle. A child seats are generally suitable for children aged from 6 months to 4 years of age. Our partners reserve the right to substitute vehicles when the reserved car types are not available. The substituted vehicle must always be of the same quality (or improved) as the booked vehicle.
The rental car should be returned with the same amount of gasoline/diesel as on delivery, or a charge will be made for the difference.
All local taxes are included in the prices.
Third part liability is equivalent to the amount stipulated by Icelandic law at each time. This also applies to the amount of individual driver liability. Third party coverage and personal accident insurance is automatically included in your rental.
SCDW insurance covers the driver's liability in excess of EURO 1000 for 2WD and EURO 2000 for 4WD or mini-buses. Our partners are however free to offer improved liability and if they choose to do so it will be stated in the extras (step 3).
The renter is, however, always responsible for the following damages:
negligence, driving while intoxicated, damage to tires, headlights, wind-screen and the underside of the car, damage caused by loose rocks which get hrown at the car on gravel roads, damages to the engine of the car caused by water getting into the motor.
Additionally, we offer Gravel Protection (GP), (damage to windscreen, headlights and the car when gravel or rocks get thrown on the vehicle by another car) and theft protection (TP).
All our partners offer 24/7 service assistance. In case of break down you can call the number the rental car provider will provide. In most cases the car rental will be able to provide a substitute vehicle within 12 hours.
